About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Manager to join Grigeo Group in Grigiškės, Lithuania. The role combines supply chain coordination, inventory management and client relationship responsibilities within a stable, international manufacturing group.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the supply of paper products and manage stock levels in warehouses.
• Record purchased and sold quantities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the environmental system GPAIS.
• Plan and coordinate transportation using the Freidesk logistics management system.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and suppliers, handling discrepancies and debt administration.
• Administer invoices for raw materials and transport services.
• Review commercial terms, negotiate contracts and sign agreements.
• Analyse data, prepare reports and present findings to management.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Experience in customer service, supply, logistics or sales; experience in recycling or manufacturing is a plus.
• Attention to detail, responsibility and analytical thinking.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience using the GPAIS environmental program.
• Knowledge of the Freidesk logistics management system.
