About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Sales Manager to work in our BITĖS salon in Jonava. The role combines direct sales of services and products with telephone support for existing customers, aiming to meet personal and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell services and products both directly to customers and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and group sales objectives set by the company.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and consulting according to BITĖS standards.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Stay informed about product updates and market trends in technology and telecommunications.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset.
• Good computer literacy.
• Quick learner, eager to acquire new knowledge.
• Interest in technology and the telecom market.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Spoken English and/or Russian language skills (preferred).

Required skills

• Basic computer skills (office software, internet browsing).
