About the role

Join Tele2's contact centre in Kaunas as a Phone Customer Service Consultant. You will interact with existing Tele2 customers, answer their questions, and resolve a variety of situations while delivering the best possible service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone and propose appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to address complex issues.
• Promote and sell Tele2 products and services to existing customers.
• Record call outcomes and update information in CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing documents for regulatory bodies and contribute to related projects.
• Participate in testing new Tele2 and partner services as an early adopter.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably phone‑based.
• Basic understanding of the telecommunications market, products and services.
• Self‑motivation, persistence, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian; Russian is a plus.
• Good computer literacy.
