About the role

Join Telia’s call centre in Šiauliai as a Customer Service Specialist handling phone inquiries. You will receive three weeks of intensive training, after which you will start assisting customers and can earn performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and resolve their questions.
• Provide information about Telia’s products and services and help customers use them effectively.
• Analyse customer needs and suggest the most suitable solutions.
• Promote additional services or equipment where appropriate.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude, eager to communicate and learn.
• Interest in technology and curiosity to understand it.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, motivated to achieve results.
• Fluent Lithuanian (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time; no prior experience required.
