About the role

Join Teltonika’s growing quality team in Vilnius and help ensure the reliability of our IoT devices, from prototypes to high‑volume serial production. You will work on telematics, energy and security system projects, handling quality issues directly on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and product non‑conformities, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate CAPA actions.
• Analyze quality data, monitor KPIs, identify trends and drive defect‑reduction initiatives.
• Guarantee production‑process quality for new‑product introductions (NPI) and serial manufacturing, managing quality risks and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and cross‑functional teams to improve product reliability and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Higher technical education in manufacturing engineering, electronics, physics, chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control or engineering.
• Hands‑on attitude with a willingness to work on the shop floor and make data‑driven decisions.
• Knowledge of basic quality methods and tools (8D, FMEA, Control Plan, 5 Why).
• Strong digital literacy, data‑analysis skills and ability to use quality‑management systems and modern AI tools.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
