About the role

We are looking for a dynamic trainer to develop and deliver competency‑building programs for our salon managers and sales teams in the Kaunas region. You will work closely with the BITĖ team to inspire staff, improve sales performance, and enhance customer service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement internal training programs for groups and individuals.
• Lead sessions on sales techniques, customer service excellence, and consulting skill development.
• Continuously strengthen the competencies of BITĖ salon managers and motivate them to achieve top results.
• Introduce sales teams to new products, systems, and process innovations and support daily application.

Required profile

• Proven experience in active sales and customer service.
• Charismatic, energetic, and creative personality.
• Strong ability to motivate people and build relationships.
• Result‑oriented mindset with excellent audience‑engagement skills.
• Experience delivering training or leading a team (highly valued).
