About the role

The National Cyber Security Centre (NKSC) in Kaunas is looking for a Computer Systems Engineer to administer, configure and enhance the IVANTI Neurons for ITSM platform and other IT systems supporting Lithuania's cyber defence.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and develop the IVANTI Neurons for ITSM service‑management solution.
• Maintain and improve additional IT systems used by NKSC.
• Prepare and evaluate technical descriptions and infrastructure solutions.

Required profile

• Higher education in Computer Science, IT Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on administration and configuration experience with IVANTI or a comparable ITSM platform.
• Experience managing Windows and/or Linux environments, virtualization and networking.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Ability to meet legal requirements for handling classified information (RIBOTO NAUDOJIMO).
