About the role

The Customer Service Consultant works in SEB’s Client Service Centre in Klaipėda, assisting private‑bank customers from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You will interact with clients daily through phone and digital channels, helping them understand and use the bank’s products responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries by phone, providing clear explanations and guidance on banking services.
• Support customers in making informed financial decisions and choosing suitable products.
• Demonstrate how to use digital banking tools quickly and efficiently.
• Offer tailored service proposals based on individual client needs.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on results.
• Initiative, innovative attitude and interest in new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change.
• Higher education or final‑year student, available for full‑time work.
• Previous experience in direct customer contact (e.g., café, retail, call centre).
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of English or Russian is advantageous.
