About the role

Join IKEA's team in Kaunas as a Consultant – Sales Associate. You will help customers enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience when ordering and picking up IKEA products, especially in kitchen and bedroom furniture planning.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure IKEA sales standards and the best shopping experience for customers.
• Provide friendly, professional advice on furniture planning and purchase decisions.
• Use IKEA’s computer planning software to design kitchen or bedroom solutions.
• Take orders and coordinate the smooth collection of goods.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the sales area.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with a positive, optimistic attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian; knowledge of Russian or English is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• IKEA planning software (computer‑based furniture design).
