About the role

Ignitis Lietuva is looking for a Contact Center Manager to join its team in Šiauliai. You will be responsible for handling phone interactions with customers, providing solutions, and creating a positive client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers through remote channels, ensuring professional and high‑quality service.
• Identify client needs and present appropriate product and service offers.
• Achieve personal and team sales and service‑quality targets.
• Manage complex client situations and resolve issues constructively.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute ideas to improve the overall client experience.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong desire and ability to communicate with customers and solve their issues.
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Responsible, independent, and able to work well in a team.
• Fluent Lithuanian (spoken and written).
• Preferred: experience in a contact‑center environment and knowledge of foreign languages.
