About the role

IKEA Lithuania is looking for a motivated individual to join the warehouse team in Vilnius as a forklift driver and warehouse worker. The position offers on‑the‑job training and involves working mixed day and night shifts to keep the store stocked and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport goods within the store and warehouse using an electric forklift.
• Replenish shelves and ensure products are correctly placed.
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Follow a 40‑hour weekly schedule with rotating day (06:00‑18:00) and night (18:00‑06:00) shifts.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating an electric forklift.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to use equipment and interact with IT systems.
