L&D Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Specialist to join our Learning & Performance Management Team. This role focuses on coordinating and continuously improving employee learning and development processes across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously improve employee learning and development processes across the Group.
• Administer and develop our Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance management system.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, conferences, seminars, and other development initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and report employee development and performance data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to deliver impactful learning solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or related HR functions.
• Experience working with HR systems and digital platforms.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Performance management system (advantage).
• E‑training design skills (advantage).
• Ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and very good English language skills.
