Lead Full-Stack Developer (Python and Angular)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Full‑Stack Developer to drive the design and delivery of AI‑powered solutions for a leading automotive client. The role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership and direct interaction with product and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of the product, define architecture and guide the development team.
• Consult with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and build scalable full‑stack applications using Python and Angular, including RESTful APIs and AI Agent integrations.
• Develop, deploy and operate services in AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, Load Balancers) and maintain containerised environments with Docker.
• Mentor a junior developer, conduct code reviews and ensure best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Tech Lead or Senior Developer with strong technical leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and product owners.
• Hands‑on experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, Strands Agents or similar.
• Solid background in Agile/Scrum environments and proactive problem‑solving.
