Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a motivated lawyer to join Trust’s Klaipėda office. The role focuses on contract review, audit support and continuous monitoring of legal requirements across EU markets.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate client contracts in line with company regulations for international projects.
• Collect and prepare legal information on opportunities to enter new European markets.
• Assist in preparing and managing audit documentation.
• Cooperate with other departments on occupational safety, contracts and labour law matters.
• Perform other tasks related to legal accountability as required.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in law.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Independence, analytical thinking and receptiveness.
• Experience with foreign markets and documentation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of labour law is an advantage.
