About the role
Stranger Soccer is expanding and seeks a License Owner / Operator to launch and run its football platform in Vilnius. This role combines entrepreneurship with community building, giving you full ownership of a local sports operation backed by proven technology and global expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Grow the local player community through the mobile platform.
- Secure football venues and establish partnership agreements.
- Recruit, train and manage Official Hosts who run the games.
- Lead marketing and community‑building initiatives to raise awareness.
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality game experiences week after week.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including scheduling, payments and compliance with Stranger Soccer standards.
Required profile
- Passionate football enthusiast with deep local insight.
- Entrepreneurial self‑starter who enjoys taking full ownership.
- Strong relationship‑builder able to create and nurture a community.
- Motivated to make a lasting impact in the Vilnius sports scene.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with the Singapore headquarters for support.
