About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate cargo movements across sea, air, land and courier services. The role involves close collaboration with carriers, forwarders and internal partners to ensure efficient and cost‑effective transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate shipments using sea containers, air freight, road transport and courier services.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and forwarders, optimise routes, schedules and pricing.
• Handle customs procedures, work with customs brokers, prepare required documentation and supervise customs warehouse operations.
• Collect and manage supplier documents needed for preferential customs duties, such as exporter numbers and certificates of origin.
• Perform basic import documentation checks according to EU regulations, including the EU Cosmetics Regulation and safety data sheets.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery deadlines, identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding (sea, air or land transport).
• Understanding of Incoterms and cargo documents (B/L, CMR, AWB).
• Familiarity with customs procedures; specific nuances will be taught.
• Basic knowledge of EU import requirements, especially the EU Cosmetics Regulation (a strong plus).
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Organised, responsible and able to plan work independently.
