macOS Systems Administrator

About the role

We’re building a new digital bank from scratch and need a secure, modern workplace. As a macOS Systems Administrator you will build and maintain a reliable macOS environment, covering device management, software deployment, security, and access management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the organization’s macOS device fleet.
• Deploy, configure, and manage the MDM platform.
• Manage software deployment, updates, and device inventory.
• Ensure macOS devices meet organizational security standards, including disk encryption.
• Maintain EDR/XDR operations and ensure log collection for SIEM systems.
• Collaborate with Information Security, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud teams.
• Administer and improve user account and access management solutions.
• Analyze and resolve macOS, software, and user‑related incidents.
• Prepare technical documentation and support implementation of security controls in line with DORA.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in macOS system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM solutions.
• Strong understanding of macOS architecture, security features, and system administration.
• Experience with software deployment, patch management and endpoint security.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
