Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop our Maintenance team in Kaunas. You will be responsible for defining and executing the site maintenance strategy, ensuring safety, reliability and high performance of our manufacturing equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement the site maintenance strategy, covering safety, reliability and performance standards.
• Establish and maintain the CMMS system, including maintenance plans, asset data and documentation.
• Drive preventive and reliability‑focused maintenance using PM, TPM and RCM methodologies.
• Manage equipment breakdowns, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and work instructions in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance together with Production and Supply Chain.
• Manage external service providers, spare‑parts suppliers and contracts, optimizing inventory levels.
• Prepare and control the annual maintenance budget.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in maintenance management within a manufacturing plant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or a related scientific discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in a team‑based environment.
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance, Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA and RCFA.
• Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

Required skills

• CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP, MP2).
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Predictive maintenance techniques: vibration, thermal, ultrasound and oil analysis.
• Reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM) and TPM methodologies.
