About the role

Join IKEA Lithuania as a Food Goods Ordering & Receiving Associate. You will ensure that food supplies are ordered, delivered on time, and stored according to strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering process for food items needed by the restaurant.
• Receive incoming deliveries, verify quantities, and record them.
• Administer all documentation related to goods receipt.
• Prepare and replenish production stocks.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records of leftovers.
• Monitor warehouse storage, ensuring temperature and hygiene requirements are met.
• Keep warehouses and freezers clean and orderly.

Required profile

• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Understanding of proper food storage conditions (preferred).
• Knowledge of health, hygiene and sanitation standards (preferred).
• Reliability, honesty, teamwork orientation, and ability to multitask.
• Physical stamina for handling goods.
