Manufacturing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead the Production function at our Kaunas facility. The role ensures alignment with business objectives, optimal use of people, materials and capacity, and drives operational excellence across safety, quality, service and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR and Finance.
• Drive continuous improvement through the Hollister Production System (HPS) and Lean principles.
• Oversee daily production reviews, KPI‑driven performance management and health & safety compliance.
• Coach Manufacturing Supervisors, support employee development plans and manage change initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or FDA‑regulated production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA or Master’s and Lean/Continuous Improvement certifications are a plus.
• Strong business and financial acumen with proven ability to deliver operational performance against cost plans.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing ERP systems.
• Experience with automation technologies, robotics, PLCs and vision systems.
• Deep knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and HPS implementation.
