Marketing Manager - Nordic Region

About the role

Elcor Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across the Nordic region, with a focus on Sweden and Norway. Reporting to the Group CSO in Skovlunde, Denmark, you will collaborate with multiple business units and take ownership of projects from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Elcor Group’s social media presence and content planning on LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Develop and coordinate engaging content with business units and country teams.
• Support the corporate website and webshop maintenance.
• Create marketing and sales materials in close cooperation with sales teams.
• Coordinate marketing activities, trade fairs and events in the Nordic markets.
• Work with external agencies and creative partners when needed.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably B2B.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Proactive, independent and self‑motivated attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills and comfort working across countries.
• Service‑mindset with a willingness to support sales and business needs.
