MCC Engineer

About the role

Join our team as an MCC Engineer and help ensure the safe and efficient operation of our fleet. You will provide real‑time technical support, manage defects and coordinate maintenance activities across the network, working closely with flight crews, maintenance providers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for daily and non‑routine technical queries, troubleshooting and discrepancies.
• Monitor aircraft technical status and flight schedule changes to maintain continuous airworthiness.
• Coordinate and manage AOG situations, ensuring effective communication and recovery actions.
• Track deferred defects and follow up until final rectification.
• Collaborate with Part‑145 organisations and internal teams to schedule maintenance.
• Provide technical support to flight crews and maintenance providers, including initiating troubleshooting for repetitive or complex defects.
• Review aircraft technical documentation and enter accurate data into maintenance systems (e.g., OASES, eCentral8).
• Prepare and distribute daily aircraft Maintenance Orders.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in MCC, CAMO or Part‑145 environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to work under pressure.
• Good understanding of aircraft systems and troubleshooting principles.
• Proactive mindset with knowledge of EASA Part‑M, Part‑CAMO and Part‑145 regulations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
