Medical Affairs Manager – Oncology (Lithuania)

About the role

Medison is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager (MAM) specialized in Oncology to join its Lithuanian Medical team. The MAM will act as a bridge between internal functions and external healthcare professionals, delivering scientific expertise, supporting product launches, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Country Medical Head and Commercial team to establish a medical footprint in Lithuania.
• Synchronize internal touchpoints with HCPs to optimise the customer experience.
• Develop and manage relationships with key external medical experts and opinion leaders.
• Generate, review and communicate complex scientific information for current and future products.
• Review and approve promotional and educational material in line with Medison SOPs and compliance guidelines.
• Drive disease awareness through local scientific programs such as symposia, advisory boards and meetings.
• Coordinate pre‑launch and life‑cycle activities for existing and pipeline oncology products.
• Provide medical information and support to unsolicited HCP requests in accordance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in oncology medical affairs.
• Proven ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external HCPs.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience in developing scientific communication and educational initiatives.
