Medical Device Sales Representative

About the role

As a Medical Device Sales Representative you will act as the link between manufacturers and clinicians, working hands‑on in the field with physicians and clinical teams across the Baltic States.

Key responsibilities

• Present and promote our product portfolio to physicians, nurses and hospital departments.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Provide product support and train clinical staff on product use.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Prepare commercial offers and attend medical congresses and training sessions with manufacturing partners.

Required profile

• Fluent Lithuanian and good command of English (spoken and written).
• Valid category B driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Lithuania.
• Excellent communication skills with doctors, nurses and hospital management.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree; background in life sciences or healthcare is a plus.
