About the role

The company is looking for a Road Maintenance Master to lead the planning, execution and quality control of road maintenance, construction and repair activities in Anykščiai. The role ensures smooth traffic flow, safety compliance and efficient use of resources.

Key responsibilities

• Organise timely road maintenance, construction and repair works according to seasonal plans and quality standards.
• Supervise subordinate staff, allocate tasks, perform inspections and ensure compliance with standards, technical documentation and internal rules.
• React quickly to road condition changes, incidents and extreme weather to maintain traffic flow.
• Manage traffic regulation, signage installation and site security during maintenance and construction.
• Allocate vehicles and machinery, oversee their proper use and maintenance.
• Control material usage, ensure timely delivery to work sites and monitor quality.
• Guarantee occupational safety, fire safety and environmental protection, delivering on‑site instructions.
• Maintain work documentation, report results and collaborate with other departments.

Required profile

• Technical education background.
• Experience in road maintenance, construction or related fields.
• Initiative, openness to innovation and ability to cooperate easily.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
