Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Service Owner

About the role

As a Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Service Owner you will ensure a secure, compliant and reliable low‑code and AI ecosystem for NKT. Based in Kaunas with a hybrid work setup, you will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders across the global Group IT organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and govern Power Platform environments, access controls, DLP policies and Copilot settings.
• Monitor platform health and resolve operational issues across apps, flows, connectors, Dataverse and Copilot.
• Manage solution lifecycle processes, including ALM pipelines and governed environments.
• Oversee cost controls and licensing compliance for Power Platform and Copilot.
• Support makers, IT teams and business users with guidance, documentation and best practices.

Required profile

• Structured, collaborative and service‑oriented IT professional.
• Enjoys working on platform governance while cooperating closely with users and technical colleagues.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot configuration and adoption.
• Experience with Entra ID, Azure and enterprise identity concepts.
• ITIL or relevant Microsoft certifications.
