Mid-level Data Scientist – Core AI Development

About the role

As a Mid-level Data Scientist in the Core AI Development team, you will create innovative machine‑learning solutions that shape our products, services and client experiences. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners, turning complex data into actionable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement machine‑learning and AI models that deliver measurable value.
• Transform large, complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify challenges, uncover opportunities and deliver data‑driven solutions.
• Communicate project progress, findings and business impact to stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
• 2‑4 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning and deep‑learning concepts, including hypothesis testing, regression, classification, optimization and neural‑network architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience handling large datasets and relational databases.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
