Mid-level Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Mid-level Frontend Engineer to join our development team in Lithuania. You will help shape the UI/UX of our market‑leading mobile app platform that boosts employee engagement across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement best‑in‑class UI/UX components for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product designers, backend engineers, and domain experts to deliver new features.
• Maintain and troubleshoot complex issues in the existing codebase.
• Lead the implementation of new functionality and continuous improvements.
• Participate in long‑term strategic tasks to evolve the platform.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Strong interest in UI/UX details and high‑quality deliveries.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Based in Lithuania, preferably around Vilnius.

Required skills

• Modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Git, Atlassian Jira and Figma.
• Knowledge of modern Angular, AngularJS and framework migration.
• Mobile‑first development principles.
