Mid-level QA Engineer – Mobile Applications

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-level QA Engineer to join our Vilnius office, focusing on manual testing of our mobile applications for iOS and Android. The role involves ensuring the quality of Yukon Group’s thermal imaging and IoT products through comprehensive functional, regression, and integration testing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough manual testing for Yukon products, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Manually test the company’s mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Test APIs and server‑side business logic.
• Develop comprehensive test cases and scripts based on product requirements.
• Execute test cases, record results and document any defects.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts and project managers.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of QA processes, methodologies and tools.
• Perform backend data validation when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as a Manual or Mobile QA Engineer.
• Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Mandatory experience in API testing (REST) with understanding of HTTP methods, status codes and request/response structures.
• Experience in web application testing.
• Knowledge of manual testing principles, methodologies and best practices.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Russian and English (B1+ level).
