Mid .NET Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

Join the Helmes team as a Mid Full‑Stack Engineer and contribute to the Tele2 self‑care portal used by hundreds of thousands across Estonia. We look for communicative, growth‑oriented individuals who thrive in an open, informal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure architectural alignment in your code
• Work with the Product Owner to define and agree on technical solutions
• Be involved in the full product lifecycle: building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining services while exploring new technologies
• Participate in root cause analysis and help resolve support issues
• Keep development projects on track by following Agile practices and actively participating in the team

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with .NET and .NET Core
• Experience with front‑end development – React is a plus, but other frameworks work too
• Solid understanding of databases and SQL
• Good English skills – written and spoken
• Willingness to grow and learn
• Comfortable working as part of a team and communicating openly
