Mid-Senior UX/UI Designer for Mobile Apps

About the role

Saily is looking for a Mid‑Senior UX/UI Designer to shape the experience of its mobile app used by millions of travelers. You will uncover user pain points, validate solutions through interviews, and turn complex ideas into clear, intuitive prototypes.

Key responsibilities

• Design new features for Saily’s mobile application.
• Identify and validate user experience issues via user interviews.
• Collaborate with the CEO, product owners, engineers, copywriters and other stakeholders.
• Provide user‑centric insights, map flows, frame problems and design interactions across the product lifecycle.
• Create clear, intuitive prototypes from broad concepts.
• Iterate design solutions based on user testing, business goals and technical constraints.

Required profile

• Experience with user interface and interaction design.
• Proven track record designing mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of user‑centred design best practices and ability to apply them.
• Understanding of native app design systems.
• Familiarity with haptics, micro‑animations and related details.
• Ability to produce lo‑fi and hi‑fi prototypes and present them convincingly.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
• Data‑backed decision‑making and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ownership mindset and analytical thinking.
• Evidence of shipping product design solutions.
