Mid/Senior AI Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior (or Mid‑level) AI Video Editor who can take a creative brief and turn it into high‑performing paid‑social ads. The role blends strong video‑editing fundamentals with performance‑marketing insight and extensive use of AI‑generated content.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid‑social creatives from brief to final export for platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Instagram.
• Create and direct AI‑generated UGC, selecting characters, environments, voices and visual style.
• Build realistic AI talking‑heads by casting face, voice and personality.
• Generate organic‑looking AI B‑roll, product demos, animations and motion graphics.
• Prompt, re‑prompt and troubleshoot AI models until output meets quality standards.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form performance ads, including VSLs, hybrid formats and animation‑heavy concepts.
• Make independent creative decisions when brief or generated material does not work visually.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors to understand strategy and improve retention and conversion.

Required profile

• Proven video‑editing fundamentals with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to work independently without constant direction.
• Excellent creative judgment for AI‑generated avatars, voices and B‑roll.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing concepts such as hooks, retention and conversion.
• Clear communication and proactive problem‑raising.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (strong proficiency).
• Adobe After Effects (plus).
• AI image/video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen).
• AI voice generation tools (e.g., ElevenLabs).
• Prompt engineering for AI content creation.
