Mid‑Senior Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join Nord Security’s Design Team. You will shape visual assets for one of our cybersecurity products and collaborate across the portfolio to deliver high‑impact marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts for campaigns and top‑tier marketing projects.
• Create visual assets for website, video, social media, blog, mobile marketing and other channels.
• Partner with project managers, stakeholders, copywriters and other designers to bring ideas to life while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and introduce fresh ideas to maintain a cutting‑edge brand presence.
• Own projects from concept through delivery, managing feedback and balancing stakeholder needs.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a creative culture.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain pixel‑perfect quality.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills in English.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities, comfortable in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience integrating AI image‑generative tools into the design workflow.
