About the role

Join IKEA's Discounted Goods department in Vilnius and help keep the store running smoothly. You will work on assembling furniture, inspecting returned items, fixing minor defects and supporting the sales floor. The role is physically active and involves direct interaction with customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble furniture and home‑goods items according to IKEA standards.
• Inspect returned products, identify defects and perform minor repairs.
• Carry out small‑scale carpentry and repair tasks.
• Work both in the production area and on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow a 40‑hour weekly schedule with a rotating shift pattern.

Required profile

• At least a secondary education (high school diploma).
• Attention to detail, responsibility and honesty.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to perform manual carpentry and minor repair work.
