Onsite Engineer, TechBar & Workplace Operations

About the role

We are looking for support personnel with strong knowledge of bank systems and processes to provide IT support and solutions to end users at Danske Bank. The role involves onsite real‑time assistance, walk‑in user support, planned maintenance, system administration and back‑office tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support and resolve a variety of incidents and requests reported by colleagues at the TechBar hub.
• Monitor issues for events that could threaten IT service standards and take mitigation steps.
• Co‑operate with 2nd/3rd line support teams to achieve fast resolution of complex incidents.
• Update relevant systems to reflect request/incident progress.
• Act as distribution and collection centre for IT hardware and manage periodic hardware lifecycle.
• Communicate and manage hardware delivery to new joiners and coordinate incidents with internal teams.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to help users feel satisfied.
• Experience using the ITSM tool ServiceNow.
• Understanding of PC networking and standard browser troubleshooting.

• Monthly salary range from 1,600 EUR to 2,400 EUR gross, based on competencies.
