About the role

We are looking for an On‑Site SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for Saily’s secure eSIM data plans. You will shape and execute SEO strategies that align with our business goals and help travelers stay connected worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and technical SEO elements.
• Create detailed SEO‑optimized content briefs for the company blog.
• Collaborate with the off‑site team to ensure synergy between on‑site and off‑site SEO efforts.
• Lead website localization initiatives to expand global reach.
• Conduct regular technical audits and implement improvements.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience (in‑house or agency).
• Proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Self‑motivated with solid prioritization and project‑management skills.
• Passion for staying current with SEO trends and algorithm updates.
