Operations Officer – Customer Care Delivery (Sweden focus)

About the role

Join the Customer Care Delivery team to help Swedish business and corporate customers receive clear, reliable, and timely banking support. Based in Vilnius, you will work closely with advisers and internal stakeholders to ensure everyday banking processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support Swedish business and corporate customers by ensuring stable, accurate and timely day‑to‑day service delivery.
• Take ownership of complex operational cases, escalations and ad‑hoc requests, delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with Swedish advisers, stakeholders and internal teams to create a seamless customer experience.
• Handle account‑related administration, customer packages and digital banking set‑up activities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to smarter, more efficient ways of working.
• Share knowledge, support colleagues and uphold strong operational standards within the team.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in operational, administrative or customer support delivery, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Ability to manage complex cases independently and make sound operational decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality in daily delivery.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality and risk awareness.
• Good collaboration and communication skills when working with advisers, stakeholders and colleagues.
• Proactive approach to learning, process improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Upper‑Intermediate English skills; Swedish language skills are a plus.
