Operations Officer – Property Sales (Danish language bonus)

About the role

The Property Sales DK team at Danske Bank supports personal customers buying or selling real estate in Denmark. Based in Vilnius, the team handles document preparation, finalising sales, loan redemption or termination, and other administrative tasks while offering a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process various selling‑property tasks for personal customers in the Danish market.
• Communicate daily with advisors and colleagues in Danish and English.
• Handle emails and documents and take actions according to their content.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards for customers.
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and migration projects.

Required profile

• Danish language skills (A2 level or above) with a monthly language allowance.
• Previous back‑office or administrative experience (beneficial).
• Higher education qualification.
• Upper‑intermediate English (oral and written).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer‑focus.
• Team‑oriented with motivation to deliver high‑quality work within deadlines.
