Operations Officer – Property Sales & Financing

About the role

Ready to become a specialist in Danish property sales loans? You will join the Property Sales and Financing team to support customers through their property buying and selling journey, receiving guided training and mentorship in an international banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process various transactions and documentation for private customers in the Danish market.
• Communicate daily with advisors and colleagues in English across different time zones.
• Handle emails, phone calls and documents, taking appropriate actions based on content.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards that enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to optimise operations.

Required profile

• Previous back‑office or administrative experience in financial services is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication abilities with attention to detail.
• Quick learner who adapts effectively to new systems and processes.
• Team‑oriented approach with focus on delivering quality work on time.
• Ability to assume responsibility while maintaining a customer‑first mindset.
• Good Lithuanian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Higher education or final‑year student able to work full‑time.
• Danish language skills are valuable and may qualify for a language bonus.
