Operations Specialist – Carwash & Logistics

About the role

Join FleetFox as an Operations Specialist responsible for overseeing car‑wash and logistics services in Vilnius. You will lead a team of service providers (called Foxes), ensure high service quality and meet weekly order volume targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and lead local Fox contractors who handle washing, relocating and other tasks across the city.
• Maintain service quality through daily check‑ups, retraining and low operational error rates.
• Act as the first responder for Foxes and clients, providing swift solutions to everyday issues.
• Monitor team performance, analyse data and implement improvements to reach volume and revenue targets.
• Manage equipment, infrastructure and maintenance to guarantee fleet readiness.

Required profile

• Fluent in Lithuanian (C2) and based in Vilnius for full‑time onsite work.
• Active B‑category driver’s licence.
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.
• People‑oriented, disciplined, punctual and strong problem‑solving attitude.
