Organic Growth Lead

About the role

TransferGo is looking for an Organic Growth Lead to own how the brand is discovered across search engines, AI‑powered platforms and its website. You will combine deep technical SEO expertise with commercial thinking to turn search and AI demand into measurable customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global organic search strategy, covering technical SEO, international SEO and AI visibility.
• Lead technical SEO work on crawling, indexing, JavaScript rendering, site architecture, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
• Build and manage a prioritized organic growth roadmap together with Product, Engineering, Content and Marketing.
• Improve TransferGo’s presence on AI‑powered discovery platforms (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) through content and structured‑data tactics.
• Own the commercial performance and conversion optimisation of the marketing website across priority countries.
• Design reporting that links organic and AI visibility to qualified traffic, conversions and commercial impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, organic growth or web‑led customer acquisition with demonstrable commercial results.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge, including crawling, indexing, JavaScript rendering, site architecture, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience leading international, multilingual SEO programmes.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of connecting search performance to acquisition or revenue outcomes.
