OTC Assistant Credit Controller – Order to Cash

About the role

Yara European Business Services is looking for an OTC Assistant Credit Controller to join its finance team in Vilnius. The role supports the Order‑to‑Cash process by handling collections, analysing overdue accounts and ensuring compliance with internal policies. You will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders while developing your credit‑control expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Performs daily overdue analysis and collection activities under supervision.
• Handles inbound and outbound calls, sends dunning letters and communicates with customers via email.
• Assists with financial data analysis and processes master data requests.
• Ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements and internal policies, meeting KPIs.
• Suggests continuous‑improvement ideas for collections and credit‑management processes.
• Supports the Senior Controller and Line Manager with ad‑hoc tasks.
• Collaborates with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and Credit Management teams to resolve queries.

Required profile

• Studies in finance, mathematics, statistics or related discipline (ongoing or completed).
• Relevant experience in credit control (optional).
• Eager to learn and grow professionally.
• Team player with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong cooperation skills in a cross‑cultural environment.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Eligible to work in Lithuania.
