Outbound Sales Development Representative

About the role

IPRoyal is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join its fast‑growing team. You will be on the front lines of growth, sparking conversations, identifying opportunities and connecting potential clients with IPRoyal’s data‑mining solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via email and phone calls.
• Research and define target audiences, making first contact across multiple channels.
• Identify business pain points and present IPRoyal as the right solution.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, introducing qualified leads, creating and A/B testing outreach sequences, and refining sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales or business development (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and driven to exceed targets.
• Tech‑savvy with familiarity of outbound sales tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust quickly.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Quick thinker, adaptable in fast‑paced environments and eager to improve outbound strategies.
