Paid Deals Internship – Financial Due Diligence & Valuation

Ready to turn your university learning into real business experience? Join PwC Lithuania’s Deals team for a paid internship where you will work on financial due diligence, business valuation and M&A advisory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team with data analysis for due diligence, valuations, M&A and other corporate finance projects.
• Research companies, markets and industries to provide insights.
• Contribute to analyses, presentations and client materials under guidance.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team and learn through practical experience.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Analytical mindset, initiative‑taking and strong teamwork orientation.
• Confident using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear communication skills and fluency in Lithuanian and English.
