Paid Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to set up, manage and optimise campaigns across paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok and Reddit. You will work closely with our creative and content teams to drive revenue growth through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit).
• Brief designers, suggest concepts, request edits to performance‑focused videos and monitor creative impact on revenue.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging, high‑performing content.
• Ensure results meet or exceed KPIs and continuously improve performance.
• Monitor competitor advertising activity and stay up‑to‑date with social media advertising trends.
• Use data‑driven insights to inform strategy and share best creative approaches.
• Develop audience strategies using GA4, Meta Ads Manager and other ad platforms.
• Manage budgets to ensure efficient spend within allocated limits.

Required profile

• Expertise managing Paid Social channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Proven experience creating and implementing successful campaign strategies.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into winning creative briefs.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills to monitor campaign execution and ensure accuracy.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to set up dashboards and use analytics tools for optimisation.
• Ability to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the table.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
