About the role

MARS Lietuva is seeking a motivated Packaging Technician to join its R&D department in Gargždai. You will support the development, implementation and production of packaging solutions for globally recognized pet food brands.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain packaging specifications in line with Mars principles and standards, ensuring full compliance.
• Assist in evaluating and managing risks associated with technical packaging changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve non‑conformities, address packaging issues and manage quality incidents.
• Participate actively in knowledge exchange with European regional and central teams.

Required profile

• Higher education in food technology, materials science, mechanics or chemical engineering (final‑year students are welcome).
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
• Strong result orientation and ability to learn quickly.
• Good teamwork and organisational abilities.
