About the role

The Inno Line factory, the most automated furniture plant in Lithuania, is looking for a Shift Manager to lead its production shift. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, meeting production targets, and fostering a safe, high‑quality work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate shift work, allocating human and production resources efficiently.
• Ensure execution of the production plan while meeting quality, performance and safety standards.
• Monitor and analyse key production indicators and make decisions to improve efficiency.
• Develop, motivate and unite the team to achieve common goals.
• Coordinate daily processes and resolve arising issues promptly.
• Prepare production reports and propose improvements.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and strengthen LEAN culture.

Required profile

• Higher education in engineering or management.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to organise work and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong team‑motivation skills and focus on collective results.
• Excellent Lithuanian communication; Russian and English are a plus.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Result‑oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
