About the role

Join IKEA's team in Vilnius as a Sales Consultant. You will interact directly with customers, provide product advice, maintain store order, and ensure shelves are well stocked while working flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with shoppers and offer personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the sales area.
• Replenish merchandise and keep stock levels optimal.
• Support the store’s organizational standards and teamwork.

Required profile

• At least a secondary education (no lower than middle school).
• Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and handle several duties simultaneously.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and share knowledge.
