About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Manager to work in our BITĖ salon in Plungė. You will be responsible for promoting our services and products, both to new prospects and existing customers, while delivering the highest standards of client care.

Key responsibilities

• Sell services and products directly and to existing customers via phone and in‑person at the BITĖ salon.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Provide high‑quality service and consulting according to BITĖ standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Result‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Ability to quickly learn new information and a desire for continuous learning.
• Interest in technology and telecom market trends.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• English and/or Russian language skills (preferred).
