About the role

Tele2 is looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage private‑client sales teams across its retail stores in the Klaipėda region. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, store performance and overall company results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales teams in Tele2 stores, ensuring a positive atmosphere and strong sales results.
• Oversee smooth store operations, customer service and sales processes at assigned locations.
• Provide coaching, motivation, feedback and onboarding for new employees.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure effective communication and joint project execution.
• Help the team achieve set sales targets and customer‑satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in telecommunications.
• Leadership experience managing a team of at least five people.
• Strong interest in technology and telecom market trends.
• Willingness to take personal responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s licence and own car.
